After your first visit where a Complete & Comprehensive Examination has been conducted we schedule Recare appointments. These appointments are o ne of the best ways for our office to provide patients with excellent oral health care and help them to establish the best oral care habits at home.

We make every effort during these visits to thoroughly clean, polish and evaluate your teeth, while at the same time review your oral care techniques and provide any tips or instruction to help you maintain the highest possible level of oral health.

Our office is equipped to go the extra mile by providing in-depth patient education, in-office gum care therapy as well as recommending and providing protective measures such as sealants or nightguards.

• Sealants – placed on molars when they first erupt in children. There is no need for drilling or freezing with this procedure. A thin layer of plastic resin is placed over the chewing surface of the tooth, eliminating the deep pits and grooves that can become decayed.
